I am unsure what the process is in the Philippines for off label use. For all I know they may issue EUA for both at the same time.
however, my expectation is that the Philippines wont do anything until we submit full data. I would expect that once we unblind CD12 we will send it to many interested parties and sell our product to whomever wants to buy it.
I hope its the US, but it may not be.
