I look at having both sets of data as some mitigation of a risk that the 100% enrollment data is delayed. If we've done both and the full enrollment data is delayed, we would have valid data based on the 75% enrollment that could be used to move forward toward some sort of approval even if it's emergency use. Mitigate the risk as best you can.
