Anyone have any guesses as to what is going on with this note that we have satisifed without paying cash? Some sort of financial move that NP has praised MM for.
In past calls, NP/MM have said we could hit the stockholders equity requirement with a capital raise if needed. And we are now above $3 so that becomes relevant.
We have this new note with weird terms that we have paid back without cash... why? Just to get cash on the books for stockholders equity? Could this be the raise that gets us to NASDAQ and they're hinting that to us?
Just speculation. I thought that MM's NASDAQ explainer was a bit more forthcoming and detailed than in the past when the topic was hot.
