Last submission on Pacer regarding court. Is we waiting for Phillip Morris to respond. They have until the 25th. They have already been served, and acknowledged the lawsuit. Also, a item submitted by the court Dec. 9th states no trials with jurys etc will take place untill February 28th 2021. Due to covid19.
And $HCMC wants to go to trial with a jury against $PM if court proceeds and no settlement is reached. I am assuming the judge will try to encourage a settlement to avoid court etc
