I know some don't like when I post "OLD" tweets... but I believe the plan has never changed and we are just waiting the last part .
I believe the reason Doc has not released it yet, is because he is not allowed yet. My opinion. And regardless of what a website says for "a company" in timeframes for uplisting.... remember this is a conglomerate of companies.
