I don't believe the the next congress will be sworn in ...New election will be called for in 120 days or as long as it takes.
That leaves 67 senators
and of that 6 Democrats and 6 Republicans will make up a Super Congress of 12 to work with the Executive/Judicial and Military during the time The insurrection ACT is in force. This is to instill bipartisanship during the draining.
I believe we will find out more about ... The Durham report, What Barr has and the Kraken investigation.
