Who knows what the supreme court thought years ago? Would anyone believe that our supreme court would stand by and do nothing? Not a chance! Of course this does not mean what I'm writing pertains to either political belief even though I strongly support mister mouth. As well, others here do not like Trump which is understandable. Seems the court will be pushed into dealing with this regardless if it is BS as many believe.
