So you read my previous post about Gates potential loss of hundreds of millions of dollars, the loss of lots of Best Lawyer Firm awards (Gates loves those awards), the loss of attorneys that don't want their own reputation dragged in the mud, the loss of the Gates firm sterling reputation, the potential loss of current business from clients not wanting to be associated with a double dipping outfit, and the loss of hundreds of millions of dollars from new clients when Gates competitors tell the story. Not since Dewey, Cheatem and Howe has there been a stronger case of conflict of interest!

I am also thinking you didn't read what Crunch highlighted in the article, that the monetary awards claims were increased due to new discovery in related cases.--

Plaintiffs attorney Michael Minns, of Minns & Arnett, said the damage requests are higher in the amended petition because the plaintiff is now aware of more evidence to support its claims, due to discovery in related lawsuits in Florida and Kansas.
