OJ, no one knows what the price will be for NGIO. The $4 we banter about comes from the price it would need to have to get listed to Nasdaq.
I would hope that the share count would be adjusted so that the IPO price wouldn’t be within a gnat’s ass of $4. I personally would rather have the share count reduced so that, based on the valuation used to garner interest in the road show, the IPO price would be $6-8.
But I’m not an investment banker... don’t even play one on TV!
