No argument from me on the value of PRs, I've written a few and wish I had a penny for every one of them issued every day. Generally you are right,
I would argue that QMC is in a position that it would not get value from PRs overall.
While increasing general awareness, PRs could just be perceived as hype if not backed up by revenue information. I believe investors are educated about QMC and understand that it has revenue, but has not yet gone public with that information. Everyday there is a post wanting to know revenue numbers so to cause an increase in the stock price. While PRs could boost stock price, they have not shown to sustain stock price.
IMO, what should happen first, just before or contemporaneously would be release of complete SEC Annual and Quarterlies past due to current. SEC docs validate revenue numbers and attract bigger investors and perhaps institutions.
IMO, revenue is there, announcements will come, we just don't know when. HODL
