$RFMK Sounds like they are trying to avoid dilution in my opinion. Let the company pay for it and not share holders! DO YOU have any IDEA how much OTC markets RAPES shares holders(in my opinion and they seem to never release filings in a timely manner, pricing listed below) indirectly for company filings? Below is a small bit of DD from the OTC site. As you can see the FEE's are Expensive!
