Thanks! If or when the X-factor should go one way or the other; please let us know either way.  We don't need specifics whether known or not.  I'm sure if the X-factor has a positive outcome then the world will find out but if not then I doubt TECO will  give us any closure.  In that case shareholders will be left hanging onto a false hope which has been their ways of the past.
