That's not accurate. The bill proposed by the Dems last Spring was far more comprehensive. It was tabled by McConnell because, like Trump, he engaged in wishful thinking about the virus and the economy.

More is needed now because of that miscalculation. We're paying the piper for junk science and voodoo economics.
