Dr.Randy Nicolas is a Phillipine heart surgeon who is also a kindey transplant recipient. Dr. Nicolas received his kidney transplant nine years ago. Dr. Nicolas takes immunosuppressants because of his kidney transplant.
If Dr. Nicolas is a member of the Philippines FDA, and if there are no heart-surgeon-kidney-transplant-recipients on staff at the FDA, that may explain completely why the Phillippines FDA is farther along towards LL approval than the US FDA.
