A tiny bit more on the FDA subject, for anyone interested:
Regulations prohibit public disclosure of INDs or NDAs unless they have been publicly disclosed or acknowledged previously.
No UNVC PR = No FDA public disclosure. FDA won't tell us something's happening unless Doc told us first.
