For anyone out there legitimately wondering how the FDA got brought into the discussion - ask yourself why you think Doc would have applied for Medicare status for Wellness RX.
Wellness RX is UNVC owned and CARF accredited for Outpatient Substance Abuse Treatment. With an LCSW and An MD involved - why would Doc NOT be using this arm of the Conglomerate to PROVE the CBD patch?
With his goal to get CBD to veterans and other underserved populations - why would he not be trying to have his patch covered by Medicare?
Without FDA approval - the patch is just an OTC product that the customer has to come out-of-pocket to purchase.
That makes for a limited market. And that makes RAD only mildly interested.
Smart money reads between the lines.
