Im thinking some investment firm created the illusion of getting all these stocks to pop to get people to buy in before the new regulations kick in before they get delisted from not having current filings and got people to buy into the illusion that all the stocks were rising and make easy money Now the ones that bought will probably lose it all as they go to the Grey market Hopefully that wont be the case with PHIL but it definitely will be with alot of the ones ive seen with a billion volume and no revenue or business or website People got suckered into the frenzy will be paying for chasing And not sticking with their DD I sold my losing position with this opportunity So glad it happened but alot not so lucky and will pay the price Hopefully we get current before Christmas with PHIL
