LOL, we're on the same side so the following is just clarification.--
Gold Nanoparticles, I think if they are made by QMC continuous flow process 'reactor' then they would be nanocrystals - uniform in shape and sized to best performance.
Quantum Dots are not involved if we're talking about gold nanocrystals.
