Oh I agree that nothing is 100%, but they need to be totally upfront and not just say it's 95% effective like that is the greatest thing that has ever happened.
The media and a whole lot of others are basically touting it as a cure all because it's 95% without telling what the 5% means or doesn't mean, what the ramifications are, what side effects could be in the 5%, ect... It's just like, hey, it's 95% and that's good enough.
