My thinking as well. Sign of revenue and not from NPs mouth, but a non-contentious government factual government document. I think it helps that otc markets showed 26 million shares short as of November 13. That's a lot of covering to do.

Note: I'm not calling NP a liar but people often question the validity of his enthusiasm...this is a black and white official document with no fluff showing signs that revenue might be closer than we expect.
