do you need? It a simple look up State constitution and what was done by administrator's and not the legislative body...
Clear violate of the Election Clause of THE UNITED STATES constitution. Authority to conduct elections was given to the State Legislatures. This was side stepped. In violation of the Constitution of THE UNITED STATES.
