AG is bat sh_t crazy and no the constitutional effects of "Equal Protection" have not been adjudicated State vs State and or the constitutional ramifications.
The cases ruled on have only been ruled on within the states judicial system. Not from the advantage of the Supreme Court of the UNITED STATES.
