And here is another novel approach to Alzheimer's. I am happy to see this kind of research because as I have stated many times before, I think that what we are calling "Alzheimer's" is actually a group of at least several different diseases that have similar symptoms and similar progression -- but are NOT caused by the same dysfunction. This is my theory for why some drugs did help some people tremendously, but had NO effect on most. So, the more different approaches to dementia treatment, the better.
