1. It's not a matter of flipping but having stop losses.
2. You can flip every day in ROTH, no taxes apply. 90% of my CYDY is in ROTH.
3. I never use stop losses.
4. Anyone with a few years of trading knows that once a micro biotech gets crushed from its mania phase it takes many months at best if not years for it to begin rising again. So selling at $4 or waiting for a dead cat bounce shortly after that would be quite smart.
