Yes very understandable but if you take all of us and strip all our clothes off and look at one another for an hour then everyone to become blind folded and conduct business discussion it would be a start to real communications. Until each person is striped of their BS nothing will change.

So if the players are not able to be true to self then perhaps daily exercise of only stating positive things about everything they talk about meaning finding the good in things and not the negatives. Talking in principles isn't easy unless they were forces to do so but when they find that truth the perception will change.
