After your explanation I better understand how TECO could have the delays they've had and it can boil down to the employee.  They hired similar personnel to your shift's predecessor.  Some people just don't take pride in their work and leave it for others and so production suffers.  Hence why I believe TECO hired TNC i.e Pistol.  Have a Red Bull for me and get that sleep asap.
