Leo...amazing that you mention that, I never listen to her growing up and we talked about that yesterday. She blames herself since doctors in the early 1950's told her to treat me a certain way. I watch other family members treat my older brother first born different than how I was treated. What I felt wasn't pleasant and was told years later that I was treated as such and my Mom never forgave herself. I went my own way and never listen to her growing up. I told her yesterday I wouldn't trade anything growing up as I had fun doing and surviving things that Tom Sawyer would only dare dream about. All in all we smile and I am so grateful to have my mother live so long what a precious gift for me.
