I wonder if anyone at Cytodyn knows about this study that started in April 2020. It would seem to have some valuable information to know and understand about our Long Haulers trial. Maybe it’s in Dr. Lalazari’s back yard so to speak and he knows Dr Deeks? There is no current openings in the study and appears full. There is an initial assessment then follow up assessments every 3 month for a 2 year study. This would have the first 6 months already completed. Three blood draws and other symptom information.
You just can’t replace a time saver like this for what appears to be untreated or just SOC. treatment? It didn’t really specify treatment in the article.
Maybe we can consult or even review or possibly even pay to get these study patient's information. I am sure it will have value for us going forward with our own Long Haulers trial.
