Doesn’t it stand to reason that the company is expecting some cash in shortly or maybe some has already arrived in order to pay off this loan? I just read the executive order EO 121 which President Duerte signed. Does anyone know how the WHO issues drug approvals? I think people are looking at drug approvals too much based on the FDA process. The rest of the world must use a myriad of different approaches.
