That just seemed like a very specific blanket statement, and I’m not sure that it’s applicable outside of a handful of disorders. In several cases, if CD8s aren’t running amok, Tregs wouldn’t even be needed. It would be specific to each disorder as to whether effects would resolve without a concentration of overactive CD8s.
