Nader and Kelly sold shares too back in Q2.
And Welch has been an insider until a couple of months ago, bringing in a couple of big shareholders himself. Selling directly after leaving isn't exactly encouraging either.
Anyway, my point was: Insider purchases or sales have very limited meaning. I saw stocks with significant insider selling (often through pre-specifided employee plans though) that were acquired for a big premium several months after... To conclude lack of efficacy of a vaccine based on stock sales at ATHs is... brave.
