TRegs seem very helpful to resolve MS lesions. CD8 Tcells are found around these active lesions. Seems to me you want antigen specific Tregs at those inflammatory lesions and don't want CD8 T cells there killing off the myelin.

Are you saying you don't think TRegs will be helpful to quiet down inflammatory autoimmune CNS lesions in MS? Or maybe you think they don't need to go to the site of inflammation / lesion? Or perhaps saying something else about TRegs I am missing?
I am sure I am missing a lot and the immunology is much more complex than I presented and understand.
