Highly unlikely that leronlimab is already in the Phillippines’ FDA approval process. This ain’t about PR language but just PRs. Again, NP PRs everything. Everything. He even released a PR when CYDY applied for M2M EUA, when in fact, he actually didn’t file for an EUA (he later said CYDY didn’t officially file, but instead the company asked the FDA to review the data and see if an EUA was possible). NP basically PRed somewhat of a lie, so there’s no doubt he’d release a PR if leronlimab officially started the FDA process in the Phillippines.
