Fairly simple deduction: NP hasn’t PRed that CYDY’s applied for an EUA in the Phillippines. NP PRs everything and a good example is the PR about very anecdotal information regarding leronlimab and strokes. If/when CYDY files for an EUA for the S/C population, we will get a PR minutes later.
