Here is a question that I have and I am a bit confused on. In the Covid Vaccine deal, is selling Excellagen a penalty if the Vaccine trial fails?

It seems that if the vaccine fails clinical trials, the Chinese group gets compensated with exclusive use for Excellagen minus some license fees.

Outside of this, is anything happening with Excellagen over there for being sold, is it just a carrot dangling on a stick that Generex might lose?
