re2000, Thank you for the information regarding new rule 15c2-11. I read this information when it was first released and I do believe it will affect UNVC. However, the time to compliance is nine months, and exceptions as well as relief (extra time) will be allowed. For most OTC investors, nine more months is far too long, and months longer than that in the form of relief means many may simply stay away from a dark and non-reporting company. Now if actual news from the CEO is released indicating firm dates to compliance, that most certainly could help. I would think even a dark and non-reporting company will be allowed to tell investors when they might be in compliance with this new rule.
A long time ago Dalton said the financials were 95% complete (ask Junebug about this), and we were also told the auditors and attorneys agree. We were never told what the auditors and attorneys actually agreed on --- it could have been anything. But finishing up the remaining 5% should not be all that hard to do, and it should not take all that long. This is especially true if both auditors and attorneys agree.
The circle now claims we have multiple products ready to be released soon, and they will come from BioRemedies MD. So if this is true it could improve the share price, but not if people are not aware of it. My questions are: Will Univec have their name on it somewhere? Will UNVC receive a royalty? Will there be any benefit at all to Univec shareholders? Will these new products be given away, or sold? This last question may seem silly on its face, but not when one looks at Dalton's posts about giving freely to others.
The ball is in Dalton's court. He alone controls if or when financials will be released, and that is a critical step that must be done. If the financials are finally completed, and even a small amount of the promises are kept, then I believe we will be off to the races. Dreams along with rainbows and fireworks could all come true --- maybe share prices will not be in the dollar ranges some have suggested, but riches will indeed come to many.
