Ashwaganda plays a role with CCR5, but yes zink and Vit D are good.
I also drink serval types of teas to help when I’m sick. But my number one go to is almost always Ashwaganda. It’s an amazing supplement.
Hope your family is well. My entire unit tested positive. Most ppl are good but we’ve had a few have some pretty high fevers and were stuck in bed all day. Sound like I had it but just false results.
