CDiddy, I asked Dr. Yo for an OTC regimen a few weeks back when there was a potential positive case in my area.
His response:
zinc
Vitamin D- 4-5K
vitamin C- 2000mg
NAC- 600mg (N-Acetyl Cysteine)
melatonin- 2-10mg
a pulse ox is a good tool to use to monitor home symptoms. Anything under 93% on room air (assuming someone doesn't have COPD or an underlying lung condition) then be concerned
