That’s a good question to ask. Why haven’t perspective partners, in this case Regenty’s or any others Generex will later support, backed out? If they listened to many on this forum they would’ve ran! They believe in Joe’s plan. Things change every day multiple times a day in business. My business isn’t complicated but it does change wildly as I work with BJs, Weiss, WalMart, Flick, Sysco or smaller places. Good luck thinking a deal is done. Suddenly my insurance isn’t enough. Or an inspection we prepared for had some dumb issue. Never mind if I was in biotech, I couldn’t imagine. Nothing pops into place, I listened to the CCs etc and we hear the plans and the hard work and obviously things go awry even as you put your best foot forward.
