Not sure where I got this, unsure where, that the other board is located on African continent. Unsure of the country but one thing is for certain it's a different culture that is applying their cultural norm re free speech as they practice free speech. What’s that say about the different degrees of free speech & its interpretation. That board needs to conform to American standards of free speech if they are to offer to US their services.
