I just don't understand how anyone thinks that the FDA trial process is like walking into the FDA building and showing some power point presentation and getting an approval. The data, the BLA, the company submitting, etc does not have a race, skin color, religion or sex. There is no way or need for the FDA to give a a crap about anything other than what is submitted related to the trial and the drug.
