So I just started listening to the 10/8 cc again. At the 25 minute mark, Joe says they are just waiting on their valuation from the private appraisal company on NGIO value and then there is nothing to stop them from listing immediately. Well that is 2 months ago. Still no appraisal, which Joe has been talking about for much longer than 2 months.
