Mark Kay was CIO of Morgan, with the "I" standing for "information". He knows the line between legal and illegal statements better than almost anyone else on the planet. And when he crosses the line, he knows how to deal with it.

The SEC won't do anything, no one's going to sue him and go up against BlankRome, this is all just venting (nothing wrong with that), but our team, i.e., us, has lost, game over.

It's sort of cruel to get peoples' hopes up that there will be some sort of justice in this situation. There won't be, and insisting otherwise is not too far afield from pumping the stock.
