according to my info this was issued after close of market today so if so should not account for the extremely high share count of 16.5M traded Dec 1
it applies only to shares purchased directly from ZN and reduces the cost to sell such shares from a fee of 12 dollars plus an additional commission of 10c/share to a fee of 5 dollars and commission of 3c per share
