Steve, in most cases if not all, there is a formula used to figure this out. What did Actipatch cost to bring it to this stage? FDA submissions, trials and other soft costs. Once the company has all the figures, they can use it for a base start.

How many partners? How many license agreements? These factors also go into the formula to figure out the price.

Royalties are also reflected in the formula.

The amount of the orders and keep in mind guaranteed orders at that are reflected into the cost.

The amount of markets the partners will pursue.



Now saying all that, what would and probably will offset the fees will be how much marketing the partners will invest to launch the product.


Can anyone grasp the concept how huge BIEL will be and are willing to be to discontinue the ActiPatch name?
