As with all other Trump cases and lack of evidence, Trump will be unable to show probable cause that a Domestic or Foreign spy interfered in the election within the United States. What would the probably cause be? Is Trump going to invent foreign interference within the United States?
You need to be reminded that the Obama administration did this with the Trump campaign in reference to foreign ties with Russia through FISA in 2016. The result?? No tie up in court, Trump became President in January. The same will hold true here.
