Absolutely.
In JHB's book he talks about how detailed oriented Doc is.
If you watch the video ( if you don't watch the video that's on you) on uplisting you come to the quick realization that it is an arduous task at best. That was a GREAT video.
One of the many commentes that stuck with me was that under fantastically great circumstances uplisting could take as little as 5-6 weeks.
A very fast turn around is 7-8 weeks.
Most take much, much longer, according to the panel of experts.
They also said a decent amount of the uplisting companies use an RS to achieve their goals.
One guy said those companies tend to trend downward after uplisting, where the companies that don't use an RS trend upward slightly.
Doc has stated there will be no RS.
He also said we will be fully reporting and Nasdaq.
I know what I own.
You either belive him or you don't.
The naysayers and whiners are out in all their Holiday form.
