So why did Joe retire millions of shares while the share price was high ... only to dilute the shares much later when the share price was low? I know Joe anticipated the share price going up by retiring shares ... but it seems like he was a bit shortsighted given the resulting need to dilute all over again (underestimating the potential effects of these toxic deals?) . When will we get out of these toxic deals? I thought Joe said we were out of them but it still seems like manipulation going on to me. Given the money needed to bring to this vaccine to market that people are tossing around here ... They need A LOT more money.
