I've started a Congressional Whitehouse Petition to SAVE J.C. Penney from Bankruptcy and RETURN investments, pensions, bonds, shares, all things investment related!

We're going to make this happen because what is happening is FRAUD! The Whitehouse, Congress, The ACLU, we will get this case heard and get the media coverage needed to get this company back on track!
