NoSpinZone...If a few of these cases do reach the Supreme Court I'm sensing it will be thrown back to the lower court. What ever was presented to the lower MUST be the same in the Supreme Court. I'm sure rules change too but will that benefit or hurt.] [Trump or should I say Rudy and team won't be able to change/modify or add additional information that the lower did not hear. Just maybe the Supreme Court will listen even less and respect the lower courts decision unless something sticks out in a huge way. I would not be surprised to hear Trump concede in the next 7 days.

As for accountability? my thoughts on what the Senators are doing is to make damn sure this problem can never happen again.
